i am looking for drumsounds similar or the same as in this clip

A friend who plays drums told me that it sounds like retro ludvig kit drums with 24 inch toms

So im looking for these toms, if anyone knows a samplepack with those or a vst which has them then please let me know

 

try Ludwig kits in Addictive Drums 2. Blue Oyster kit might work here. There's a preset called "Early Led" that sounds similar, but you might need to play with compression and tape to tweak it. Good luck!

 

24" toms is a bit too big. :D Maybe 24" kick, yes.
Sounds like a Bonham-ish Ludwig (not Ludvig) kit. Also look into big Gretch and Slingerland.
Edit: Btw, that is one singing drumkit. No damping at all. Love it!

there's 22'' kick and 26'' kick in Blue Oyster kit, 26'' for that huge Bonzo sound. there's also Retroplex with 26'', but it may a sound a bit plastic for your task, it's Vistalite.

spacetime by asking for vst drums, you probably mean physically modeled drums, not sampled, right? because the examples of sampled were already given in this thread. well, you can try Jamstix 3 with a separate Bonzo pack and also Drummix vst, which has rock extension that is in fact Ludwig Fab Four kit. none is freeware, but Drummix is more affordable. http://www.bluenoiseplugins.com/plugins/drummix/rock-1/ personally, I haven't tried any of these, so you will have to do a bit of research on your own, listen to demos, check on Youtube, etc.

Wurlie, i ment any kind of easy to use instruments with these kinds of oldschool presets. I dont mind if its sampled or created by math just in time.

 

if you want "ease of use" and "presets", then AD2 is the way to go. EZDrummer 2 is another option. it has stock Ludwig kit and it has separate Vintage Rock expansion which is again Ludwig. presets are less extreme too. well, enough leads for you already, I think. good luck!
