Hi all, I'm new here! A little bird told me this was a good place to inquire about Kontakt-related matters. If anyone would be so kind as to shoot me a PM it would be greatly appreciated

I'm also wondering if there's like an imbecile-friendly intro/guide post so I can learn a bit more about the Kontakt file structure and installation vernacular, which is all completely opaque to my at this point. If you could point me in the right direction to anything like that I'm sure it would save me from asking stupid questions and the kind folks here from having to answer them! Thanks again

@The Pirate I apologize for reviving this old (albeit legendary) thread. I have 6.2.2 working fine thanks to sister site, but was curious about the recommended last versions, after 6.3x, if any. Cheers!

 

interested in this too.. still got 6.1.1 r4e and been too shy to test anything else, as the Library add tool is so awesome.

 

grabbed 6.5.2 WIN FULL from sister, which turned out to have integrated Library adder as well. folks say it is loading faster. tested under Live.. I have no complaints.. just glad all content migrated well and finally able to add newer libs which require this vers.
