I'm not american bro  , i was born in a misery bigger than you ever imagined.

Back on topic, he asked about an "External HDD" storage which i thought maybe online back-up (which means "storage" at the same time) could be an alternative.

I know you hate me brah', but i really don't care about it. :mates: I know you always have something against me, but no problem, i fight with y'all brah', but i love you no matter what :headbang: [IMG]

Here you're more off-topic than me, even if you think i'm the bad guy here, just because you don't like my posts. If you don't like something here, just move on as long as it doesn't involves you. If you want to help someone, just do it, but do not attack the others just because you don't like their alternative solutions.[IMG]

    That's right buddy.[IMG]

Oh you mean like you've been doing for the last week? Do you live in America? If not then do me a favor and keep quiet about Americans okay. They invented the internet that you're on right now. :bleh:

I don't like to fight with no-one, but i don't understand why is he so mean about other people's posts. Can't we express ourselves with alternative options as suggestions for the topic owner? Because the owner of this thread can judge by himself what option is worth to choose. Dr.Dark is like complaining about the way i'm thinking, without being able to move on if he doesn't agree with my post.

I hope he will not turn into another "The Messenger", starting a vengeance against us...
But.. let's see the good part in all of this, he's a truly active member and i really like that, despite the fact that he's mean sometimes. :mates:

If you don't explicitly need 4TB, there's an option to go for 2.5" 7200rpm 1TB drives. Those are double platter, so still 'quite' reliable. Though I don't see any advantage of 7200rpm other than reduced lifetime, higher consumption and higher price, if you count those as 'advantages'
    Speed?
Yes there's a little difference, at best!
For most part it's hardly even noticeable, as high density platters boasts with speeds 100+ MB/s, rpm independent.

Summary: Buy 1TB 2.5" (multiple quantity if necessary) such as Samsung Seagate Spinpoint M8, with $8 USB 2.0/3.0 enclosure (worldwide shipped). *yes*
