I've struggled to get my 32 Lives working. Only just got it working so im not sure if it will go back to demo on me just yet. I'm not sure if you guys are still having troubles with it or if its even the same trouble as had exactly but this might help.

My problem was the license.bin, the installation was fine (with pacifist), ran the extra authorisation thing. Then I noticed (after reading the stuff you guys had left here) that the license.bin was being intalled to the "hidden" "/Library/Application Support/Sound Radix/" and not "USER/Library/Application Support/Sound Radix/". Copied the license.bin from the "hidden/..." to the "user/..." and it seems to be working. It could be vice versa... "user/..." to "hidden/...", I've been up trying this for a while, i'm tired and can't remember properly, but I hope that helps.

I've also done the lock thing for good measure

in my experience, it comes un-registered frequently. as others have mentioned, the steps are not too difficult. latest v1.0.10 untested, as of yet.... for v1.0.6 Basically:

1. show hidden files
2. browse to (hd)/Library/Application Support/Sound Radix/32 Lives/
3. remove old licenese. generate new lic.bin with HW keygen.
4. "Get Info" on Sound Radix folder. unLOCK, "Read Only" on all settings, Apply to all encloseded, Re-LOCK the folder and check 32 Lives app.
5. repeat whenever necessary. enjoy

 

Dear All,

Currently I'am running lives 32 1.0.10 on my 10.12.3 MacOS Sierra. My problem is that Lives 32 can't find any plugin on my MAC. After I opened program and click scan for new plugins nothing appears and windows is blank. What should I do? (In my Cubase I see all my VST and Plugins)

I've had several versions, the latest being v1.0.10 (HEXWARS). I just recently installed two brand-new hard drives on my MBP and restored from a TM backup on my system drive instead of cloning or migrating from a clean install ... never had any problem like the ones described here (knock on wood). I think I lost my registration on an earlier install, but that could have been from switching out an old drive or something. Are you sure you guys are following the install instructions properly? Sound Radix has some weird registration issues, but once you get past those, it's rock solid.

 

I tried v1.0.10 DADA and 1.0.6 HEXWARS. I did everything from the instruction. Program works but can't localize vst from my Mac ;-(

 

Because 32Lives v1 only works with AUs, not VSTs. You need v2x in order to also work with VSTs.

 

Does *.component files in Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/Components are AU?
