Leviasynth, new Synthesizer in the making from the ASM Hydrasynth makers?

It looks like a new synth is on the way from Ashun Sound Machines (ASM), makers of the Hydrasynth.
Their parent company, MEDELI Electronics, has applied for a US patent for the name ‘Leviasynth’.
They’ve applied to use this with the following goods and services:

Pianos; Electronic musical instruments; Electronic pianos; Keyboard instruments; Keyboards for musical instruments; Music synthesizers; Musical instruments; Percussion instruments; Piano keyboards; Stringed musical instruments; Tuners for musical instruments; Wind instruments; Digital pianos; Music synthesizer for making drum sounds

The status of the request is Pending.

They’ve also registered ‘Leviasynth’ as a trademark within the European Union, in the category of Musical Instrument Products.

MEDELI Electronics has previously registered ‘Ashun’, ‘Hydrasynth’ and ‘Polytouch’.
