not really looking for feedback or criticism or compliments, i just rarely share stuff so i thought it'd be good to do. these are just kinda what they are, probably sounds like shit lol but simple and short ideas.

 

I believe that your music is ok being 100% instrumental, there is no need for a bitch screaming “Oooh yeaaa baabyyy”: Instead of giving value to the songs, her voice makes them pretty commonplace. Mute her, everything will sound better.

 

if you listen to any current music tracks that have good vocals, they become such a big part of the content. the track can be much less musically busy, almost to the point of being minimalist production. it still sounds like a "complete" song. A mediocre vocal doesn't focus the listener onto it, and then the sparse musical production becomes noticed more quickly. there begins the temptation to overfill it.

if you are using royalty-free vocal samples, some of these releases are almost embarrassing to even play without using headphones. someone else might hear it and think you like it. it's like going fly fishing in the great pacific garbage patch.
