Im just curious here , because you all seem to NJ0y my kontakt files.
(long story short); Forever ago .... I had a company called 'MuziSample'
Pro Soundfontz !!

This has been something Ive built since the very early 90'z , and continue
to do ; to this day.

I dont 'do' conversions ; I build them from the ground up ,(24-bit).
Real ready made SF2 formatz!! Especially in my recording studio ,
where alot of folkz whom are my regular clients ; need specific SF2 creations ,
for their live performance's!! And its sooooo simple to use and load up , it make
kontakt kind'a look like a pain in the butt !! ....

With vsti softiez like Terry West / 'Take-8' SF2 Player ; man!!!! The possibilities are endless!!
And Take-8 iz FREE, And ya can load '8-different banks' with all the bellz n whistlez you need for
each channel loaded!! ..... ya just cant believe!!

Here's another new free player called Sforzando, by Plogue:

Although it's primarily intended for sfz it'll eat sf2 no problems, and it works very well on the Mac (I've tried with some old sf2s I had....)

I like the format.
