If either of those solutions don't work then i'm not too sure... I'd say just keep tinkering with different programs to block off FL studio...
Maybe try and double check on the firewall if it's actually blocked, i checked that and apparently only the folder was blocked off and not the exe...
What about blocking fl studio and/or the nexus dll? you tried those? Blocking fl studio did find some success on my end..
