What's your point? All im looking for is aftertouch and a decent keybed, couldn't care less for the other stuff. I guess that makes me a baby now....
All i want is good keys and aftertouch... that's literally it i do not want the other stuff and would prefer to buy it seperatly.

Isn't that just a technicality ? An encoder by defnition can't rotate 360 degrees so people just mean "potentiometer" when they say "360 encoder"....
Midi is a protocol, and an interface. Not just a connector. There is nothing "fake" about midi through usb.
