LoL it was my fault. The .dll was installed to the wrong path and i needed to unzip the keygen folder once again with 7-Zip. Now it is working...
I did all of that and I disabled antivirus but the keygen simply won't open... There isn't even a message now. The program just doesn't start....
Deleted it. And yes, I deactivated Windows Defender and yes, I ran as admin. Still not working.
