I just freshy reinstalled win 10 pro 1909 with the first vc redist now all plugins work realy think 20h2 has some problems

Softube plugins still not working after installing all mentioned redistributables (win 20h1)
Relab works now after installing ww_icl_redist_msi_2018.5.274 / as for softube still none solutions above
none of the provided solutions above worked (not working in ableton also) all other r2r releases work So softube x relab lx480 are the ones not...
I have a problem with softube releases none show up in cubase cubase even blacklisted two like 32bit plugins any solutions on this
