You can delete what you don't want/need and the library will still work fine, just those mics will be greyed out.

There's the desktop one, but I found the libraries only appeared for me in the VST3 versions (I only installed that one).
You have to load from the Preset tab, not Patch. Is the player you're using the one that has a shortcut appear on the desktop after installation?
