Well i'm no sound engineer but i'm just gonna put my 2 cents.. Have a look at patch "TR-SH101 Deep" from omnisphere and layer it with a moog sound..

Got the same problem... Well my input for this is save the info of the patch in the track name so you can recreate that sound, and bounce it to audio.
