UPDATE************* ITS OFFICIAL!!!!!!! TO USE 64BIT WAVES IN FL STUDIO 12 YOU HAVE TO REROUTE THE SCAN FROM BEING ABLE TO PICK UP THE 32BIT ONES....
You have to go into properties on the shell2vst and click compatibility and click "change for all users" then select "run this program as admin"...
