Well, i always do it in this way, since maybe 10 years ago, never had a problem.
Just run notepad as admin.
Maybe BV-Audio Matrix and VBAN, you can route the inputs in one computer and send via ethernet to another.
you are just to hot, as i can see in the video you posted, just low the volume in the plugin and test again.
You can trigger duck with sidechain , that way it respond everytiime a kick is present.
