VST2 work normal on c13/n13... Others plugins vst2 work fine (even from AA) but some dont..... Same on S1.....

About Cubase 13 Anyone have maybe good cinfiguration .xml files with some good light/dark color themes working on c13? :)

Do you have all required plugins to open the project?
You can try Soundiron Musique Box or Fracture Sounds - Tiny Music Box => Both already on sale. There was a few more but cant remember right now......
