    i never understood the need, if you compress 4db gr on the master but you want it 50% parallel, why not just compress 2db only in the first place?

    Connect Synth/Keyboard to SSL2+?

    every xlr is mono. for stereo synth sound you will need two xlr cables going into input 1&2 or 3&4. why don't you try it ?
