Dunno what DAW you´re with, but in cubase simply open pool windows and tick samples for musical mode and done!

Then it´s probably limited by instrument(vst) or maker of it. Care to share example? Omnispere is synth just like serum and others, basicly...
It´s either instrument´s tone range limitation or samplers timestretch limitation(i.e sample can´t be tuned up or down without audible difference)
