There's no better delay in the whole wide world than UVI Relayer. A little bit difficult to program but so awesome in sound and possibilities....
I'm pretty sure you can find the solution of your problem in some BIOS settings of your motherboard.
For me this edit works in 64bit . I assume you're using Jbridge just as I do because Hypersonic2 is 32bit!!
