    Only thing you need to do is install Protools again. It will repair itself. Its running for me here solid on the latest version of 10.

    How can I easily clone NVMe boot drive?

    Clone it to a USB thumb drive and then restore right from it. It will take longer cause of the nature of the drive but it will work.
