I have a scarlett and can't say that I've noticed any noise and or bad signal. I do mostly vocal recordings. I like my scarlett and think it's great.
If you zoom in, you should be able to see the click. It would only be a few miliseconds long. Just delete it, or, give it to me and I'll have a look.
