Moods for what? Musical moods like quirky, epic, magical, etc.? If that's what you're looking for then I don't know of any book that talks about...

You may be right. That's also an inconvenience for some paying customers, though.
I believe it is because Kontakt (if you're just using the standalone version) or your DAW (if you're using the VST Plugin version) may be running...

I really like Pianoteq 4/5 as well as 4Front's TruePianos. Very good stuff. Pianoteq is the more expensive of the two. Both have a small size.
