you don't need a specialized audio interface to do audio loopback, just use some software capable of doing that, I'm using Loopback by Rogue...

here's a workaround which might make more sense for you: duplicate a track you want to use for keying or sidechain key source, do any...
though some digital tools are quite hard (if at all possible) to replicate in analog, such as spectral dynamics, linear multiband compression etc...
