Hi If you have Kontakt4 installed as well you should try to add the library their first and then do the same in Kontakt5! AfaIr that helped way...

Just setup a brand new laptop Win7 I have an old midi keyboard wich has always been working on WinXP ..... Doesnt works on Win7!!!! Propper...
Its a plugin VST (guitar amp etc simulator) not a VSTi (like a synth etc)! Thats why you cant load sounds into it!
