Live has a mixer in Session view. SO what do you mean? I havnt used Session view in over a decade, if somebody asks me, Ableton could just remove it.

you could create a new Theme from scratch, but there will always be limits on how to color stuff in Ableton.
Ableton API is documented, there was some API documentation for Live 11 something. maybe you can find it via a search engine?
