it is Sonar...Cakewalk was just the company name i see practically no difference from X3 except for appearance and it runs better :)
just installed it because my project was choking out on X3...same old Sonar, but runs better and doesnt crash im in :)
the combos are the cool part of this instrument...the solo instruments are nothing to write home about
i also vote for Sonar (now Cakewalk by Bandlab), for a different reason since Sonar X2, it has had the best quality playback from VSTi instruments...
