Did you try 1.51 on win7? Sometimes (very often) software developer says Win10 or higher is minimum, but in real life it supports Win 7 and 8 - 8.1
I made a back up to 1.21 from 1.3 (changes didn't solve too much problem for me, but introduced more weirdness). Don't know if new 1.4 or 1.51...
