presonus won't do for some more years, because his daw is not ''complete'' yet and, as a smaller software dev, that would undermine your chances...

until the next version (aka Vx), all the updates are free

i have it legit and not really... maybe the cracked versions. but it needs to add some crucial features like the one i put before
maybe the next version... consider that most of the daws don't have native support man and if apps like photoshop aren't ready yet, imagine an app...
if they can give stereo panning natively, that would be awesome man because the current treatment of the tracks gets me mad
i really like the 2098 from brainworx. it sounds good in my opinion and between the thd and the m/s controls, it gives you a lot of possibilities
the only weird one that hasn't been cracked of those is protools... the rest is a big meh also, if you don't have an interface, don't even bother...
