problem is, you're running Windows KG on MacOS, so you need to differentiate between MacOS desktop, and your Windows host (WINE/Crossover) desktop...
you should aim for at least 3GHz cpu as bare minimum, lots of RAM is useful, also preferably get all-SSD build, I doubt there are any affordable...
