You have to choose the original library file with the R2R manager and not some folder where it resides!
No just register the existing libraries on your HD again with this tool! Don't change anything in native access!!

You must register every library again with the just released R2R Kontakt Manager. Just hover your library folders over the Kontact Manager app....
