Do you really need it to Auto Start on system boot? You should disable it like @thantrax said, or use Autoruns utility

have been using Tag&Rename for like 15 years. takes some time to set it up, but once everything is done, it's very practical.
it's normal for antivirus to claim there's an adware or a virus in cracks or keygens. and it's not always a lye.
it doesn't really protects you. use Antivirus (search through this forum) and uBlock addon.
