It does, it's working here: [IMG] Snap note ends to grid, just means the end of a note, not how you can place the start of one by moving it....

Easiest option would be to set this up in the Snap/Grid settings. Right click on the horseshoe symbol in the project view (or [Alt] + [L]) [img]...

Of course not, rather the opposite. If you've done your best, the mix should still sound good to you after a year, but if you can't find any flaws...
You only may need 0VU for analogue emulation plugins (not even necessary for all of them) and only a -18 calibration if the plugin is calibrated...
