The thing is we are all doing A/B/C/D testing with Nebula & Algo plugins, even different flavors of each technology, and then we choose what fits...
I never track with Nebula, I only use it for mixing, but if I did I would choose the zero latency version of the plugin.

I've got Nebula mapped to a Midi Fighter Twister controller (16 knobs) and it works really great, especially on EQ moves.
It's the icing on the cake :)
Nebula not having any presets is a positive thing IMO.
