ReaTune included in Reaper does good enough for me, on top of that there are more than a few shifting/stretching algorithms in Reaper itself...
here in Europe there's only few cards in stores, 3060 and 3070 basically unavailable, and something decent like EVGA RTX 3080 Ti XC3 costs over...
if you're going for RTX 3060, you might as well just get second hand GTX 1080 Ti, I don't think performance would be any worse, and the 750W PSU...
let me share my observations then: even old good USB 2.0 is just fine for up to 70in/70out, for just recording it's still more than good enough...
