you should be able to block Norton from checking the keygen. Personally I would recommend ditching norton
vst2 will happily go into your normal folder locations, those vst3 versions won't :shock: :mates:
follow install instructions (remove installed soundbanks etc) replace the installed sylenth1.dll, you know what to do with the license file
you can also use a Linux LiveCD to access HDD and transfer files :wink:
