there maybe some registry entries that specify programdata as being the default location, have you opened up regedit and had a looksee?

are you running an ASIO driver for your DAW?, try changing it to another sound driver, they both need to share the same one, ASIO doesn't like sharing
I think the latest version of jbridge had some problems, so I down graded to a previous version and everything is fine again

personally jbridge has worked with all vst's (XP onwards) I've tried using S1, once you work out how to use jbridge that is, then you should be okay

what sound driver are you using on both machines?
