I've spent most of the day on this and here's what I've found..... the ntokrnl spikes in the latency check app at least on my system are false...
also. Steinberg recommends using windows 10 as Cubase 10 as well as 9 we developed for these OS also 64 bit win 7 has always been a bit wonky...
so far everything ive installed from the sister site works flawless ( and yes ive tried everything)
you can use studio one rewired but i think what your gonna find is Cubase is ALOT like SP1 but just with more features, your learning curve should...
