I suspect there are many programs that can do this, but I always use dBpoweramp.
I use Bolt.cd quite a bit. It's not strictly a music site, but they do have a fair bit on there, often in FLAC format.
I'll be honest, I've no idea what 'pop' drums sound like, but EZdrummer do Pop! EZX and Number 1 Hits EZX kits, maybe they're worth a look?
I don't mind the Newbie reset thing, 'cos I was still a Newbie anyway... Love the look of the new forum, great work by Saint and Catalyst, but...

Depends on what kind of music you're into. Many of the bands I listen to have songs over 10 minutes, closer to 20 minutes even in some cases....
