It's totally different. Console Shaper is built into the sound engine it's not really a plugin like the others.
You can just download the update off the official presonus site and used the latest R2R key to patch it

Another big question is your Computer good enough to handle it all. Daw(Plugins), Streaming software and webcam all CPU intensive.
