Could be anything, hardware malfunction or just a a faulty driver... Have you tried to increase I/O buffer size? a buffer size lower than 256...
Just a ordinary bass you can do with any synth. I also hear a bitcrusher effect on the bass.
I was checking out your soundcloud and listened to your other songs. And it's the same problem with "Zedd - Clarity ft. Foxes (Ekinox Remix)"...

Put your ass close to the mic, press record and fart a constant 4-5 seconds-fart. Import it to a sampler like the exs24 or kontakt, tune and loop...
Thats very nice of you to make her a recording and she have a lovely voice (could work on the pronunciation and pitch a bit but other than that...
Why did you make this? It sounds boring. if you are making a cover at least try to make it a little different. This sounds like a bad recording...
