You can use the "Audioz Post Filter" script on Tampermonkey to filter out categories or keywords. Strips out stuff like this. Very handy

Twisted Tools Ultraloop is great for this, but you need Reaktor to run it.
Symlinks can make the scan take even longer; especially broken links. Some of the u-he preset folders had this issue for me.
