I use a Sensel Morph, which is fab, my MPE goto synths are Equator2, alos use Cobalt8m and my hydrasynth with the sensel morph, and great too.
Ensure the focusrite is on its own usb port, and not via a hub, those interfaces are very picky with usb ports.
Ensure in Maschine prefs that it is pointing at your plugin folders.
Great news, I unistalled Avenger when they forced Codemeter onto its users, may get to reinstall once they release 1.8.
Waves changed the way presets are handled in V12 hence why there were a few problems with older projects, another month or so, and will be V13...
Just as you get Waves V12 running V13 is on the horizon now :) as its in Beta
