I'd try bandpassing the Slap bass, something has to be sacrificed or your mix will be muddy, if the lead is to have lot's of bass the slap bass...

I feel like you're losing some volume and defintion on the second one with my mono switch on, a bit more muddy too, i'd go with the first one....

Okay, this is the closest i'll get (I used the True Peak meter on the Nugen), sadly i'm running a loop (output 1-2 Into Input 7-8) of my interface...
FLUX Is hopefully what i'm looking for, tried the Nugen VisLM2, and it works but only has no RMS measurement, thanks. Sadly, no RME interface though,
