For all the Nexus users (non-legit, of course)........it's 32 bit and is Blacklisted on Cubase 9. Also all of my iZotope VST 2's came up...

Maybe your files are not up to date, I believe the latest is something like this..... O2 Soft update: 2.3.1 Soundsource update: 2.0.1c Patches...
I don't remember patching in C:/ProgramData/spectrasonics, I used C:/Program Files/Steinberg?Vstplugins/Spectrasonics. So, maybe you should try...
Did you try clicking on "All Spectrasonics" or "Omnisphere Library" ?
