GonBi gets most of his stuff From Tas and it's FTP system but I am sure he uses other resources as well
Don't know if you guys know this or not but there is Audiowarez torrent site that also provides FTP to it's members, even in Germany. Ask a friend...

Reset the blacklist , then scan again, I had a few plugs not show up and that seemed to help with a few
