Do you mean that you download the whole +/- 3 GB archive directly from Waves, then apply V.R patch on the selected plugins?
I tried R2R's latest (20/04) on Windows but there's no option to select which plugins you wish to install, unless I missed something.

You are more than welcome to explain how to set it up and especially how do you overcome the GUI and fonts issues on Windows.
Let's just say that you are out of luck if you use the Windows version as the only way to scale the GUI is to change Windows resolution each time...
