Ableton 10 only supports 64 bit plug-ins so it might be a 32 bit plug-in. If it's not in a folder by itself, try putting it in a folder by itself...

After I warp an audio file and change the warp mode to repitch then change the tempo, wherever there are warp markers the pitch is not the same...
