Got the utility finally to work uninstalled java and installed the developer version as mentioned here.
sudo codesign --force --deep --sign - [root]
Codesign the component and app
Code sign it including the app its fixes the issue ;)
Awnser is yes and its up on the sistersite!
Fixed it with codesigning the .component and the app ;)
Hoped this also worked for Catalina but sadly this is not the fix for getting the Jar to work
