use hex workshop, search and repleace funktion for name and for the rest u can go with strg+g to the offset
u need only a hexeditor, u must change the follow things name on 8 place id 1 place (offset 246) and the 2 hashs (2d3 and 304)
try but dont forget to edit the jpg with a real pic
