Turn off auto updates. This may help as it won't call home to check if there's an update pending.

No this is something according to Matt that is in the works. I'm a pro user and I don't get update notices either. I see them on the discord server.

Nope, I have made every single nicnt file and when kontakt 6.5 broke them, I added those lines on the existing xmls and now they are all there....
